It looks like I'm going to start blogging again. Of course if a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, well... you know how that goes. This will be more for me than for anyone else so… The kids are officially grown. They're pretty self-sufficient and we like it that way. For the most part! They are amazing listeners, they learn new things all the time, they surprise us every single day. Samira is seven. She'll be eight in March. She just showed me how to use Siri on the computer. Samira had a project for school that she just completed. And it's pretty fantastic. Things I like most about my kids are things like they love each other they get along they love their Sito. Pierce is one awesome happy soul. Anytime anyone is down or upset about anything you can count on getting a super sweet hug from just about the sweetest boy I've ever met. We are always told were so lucky to have our kids. they are both super well behaved and enjoyable.

Kent has more and more gigs all the time. Constantly surprising me with his ability to manage his own musical career and single-handedly juggle raising the kids while I am at work all the time. I finally love my job. I love everything that I'm doing. And I have a great team. I work for a really good manager who knows exactly what she wants out of our department. It's exciting to be training again. I'm even traveling in November and December so I'm pretty happy about that.
